Currently, we have over ten projects, including multifamily, mixed-use and workforce housing, in various stages of development.

Our investment style is highly participatory, focused on value creation and liquidity events to exceed investor return objectives. We identify market trends which create long term profit opportunity and individual assets which can benefit from repositioning and our active, hands-on management. In selecting its projects, GONZO concentrates on markets with stable economic conditions, population and job growth, desirability, and barriers to entry.
