About Us GONZO is a real estate investment and development firm that acquires and develops niche multifamily and mixed-use properties for its own account and in behalf of our investor partners.At GONZO, we do things differently. We maintain tight control of all aspects of the development and redevelopment projects with which we are associated-from the earliest designs through the last stages of construction and delivery-so as to add value at every stage. Currently, we have over ten projects, including multifamily, mixed-use and workforce housing, in various stages of development. Our investment style is highly participatory, focused on value creation and liquidity events to exceed investor return objectives. We identify market trends which create long term profit opportunity and individual assets which can benefit from repositioning and our active, hands-on management. In selecting its projects, GONZO concentrates on markets with stable economic conditions, population and job growth, desirability, and barriers to entry.
